I was also able to see how nurses are able to use their knowledge and skills to positively influence patient outcomes.
Finally, I have been able to gain a greater appreciation for the importance of teamwork and collaboration in the healthcare setting. Through my clinical experiences, I have been able to observe the vital role that nurses play in coordinating patient care and working together with other healthcare professionals. The support and encouragement that nurses provide to each other is essential for providing quality care.
My time as a student nurse has been a valuable learning experience that I will take with me into my nursing career. I am grateful for the opportunity to have seen first-hand the important role that nurses have in a healthcare setting and I am excited to continue to learn and grow in the profession.
