I think one of the more challenging things that someone could come across in the world of HRM in the international context is finding a good communication balance. Having the right communications skills depending on where you are internationally is an important skill to have. The role of HRM is a big one to take on, especially in other countries that are not of their own. They need to understand the dynamic that employees are used to in the workplace and communicate off of that.
