Address the following in your discussion response:
- Describe how plant foods reduce mortality (death) risk in those that follow a vegetarian diet.
- Discuss 3 pros and 3 cons of a vegetarian diet. Please explain your opinion of the pros and if they exceed the risk of the cons or not.
- Give some specific and realistic ways you can increase the intake of more plant-based protein sources in your own diet and still meet your daily protein needs.
